Outlaw

The Resume

    (1980-February 14, 2008)
Perpetrator of the Northern Illinois University massacre (February 14, 2008)
Killed six fellow students, then himself

Why he might be annoying:

    What a last name!
Haven't we heard this story before (Pekka-Eric Auvinen, Eric Harris, Cho Seung-Hui, Dylan Klebold, Charles Joseph Whitman)?
Matter of fact, his rampage came days after another incident at Louisiana Tech and at a town hall meeting in Kirkwood , Missouri.
He suffered from depression and was reported to have been taking sleeping drugs and anti-depressants (hmmm..Heath Ledger).
His rampage comes almost eight decades after the St. Valentine's Day massacre in 1929.
All he accomplished was a rerun of a Virginia Tech massacre.

Why he might not be annoying:

His mother, Gail, died from Lou Gehrig's disease.
He received a Dean's award from NIU in 2006.
Ironically, he wanted to work with people with social problems and who needed a sense of direction.
This story should make people think twice about using anti-depressants.
