    Small forward for the Philadelphia 76ers (1982–85), San Antonio Spurs (1985–86) and the Utah Jazz (1986–89)
    Assistant coach for the Phoenix Suns (2004-07), Toronto Raptors (2009-10) and the Los Angeles Clippers
    Head coach of the Memphis Grizzlies (2007-09)

Why he might be annoying:

    He looks extremely thin for a person of his stature.
    He passed on head coaching jobs in better situations prior to taking the Grizzlies job.
    His surname is very tricky to pronounce.
    At his press conference, he guaranteed the Grizzlies will win an NBA title in two years (haha, yeah right).

Why he might not be annoying:

    He served as a assistant coach under Pat Riley, Jerry Sloan and Mike D'Antoni.
    He was instrumental in the development of Amare Stoudemire in Phoenix.
    He has a classy personality.
    He was a member of the Sixers championship roster during his rookie season (1983).
    Like his coaching mentors, he prefers playing an up tempo style of game.
