Why he might be annoying
He went by many nicknames including Lispy Lynn, Cliff Palette and Cleft Palate.
He neither had a lisp or a cleft palate.
When Howard Stern called him Cliff Palette, assuming he had a cleft palate, he did not correct him.
He continued to lie that he had a cleft palate until he was confronted just hours before he died.
He lived at home while in his 50's.
He allowed Stern to berate his mom for not giving him an operation to fix his palate, even though he did not have that problem.
Why he might not be annoying
He was beloved and by far the lowest maintenance Wack Packer.
His reasons for lying that he had a cleft palate was because he liked the name Cliff Palette and did not want to correct Howard.
He had a paralyzed tongue.
He died of a blood cancer just hours after being on The Stern Show.
He not only allowed people to mock his speech impendiment, but full embraced it.
Jason of The Stern Show said 'He was a kind and patient person' and he 'had an incredible sense of humor.'
He won a date with adult actress Ashley Blue.
Despite his inability to speak clearly, he was not shunned and had many friends from school days.
