Football Coach

The Resume

Why he might be annoying:

He was the fall guy for the Eagles defensive struggles in the playoffs (2010).
His defensive schemes were considered good, but not good enough to win a Super Bowl.
He elected to bench Tyrod Taylor for Nathan Peterman, in a move which backfired on him.
Despite guiding the Bills to ending their playoff drought, he watched their offense flame out and only score a field goal in the game (2018).
He looks like a dead ringer for Ron Howard, when he isn't wearing a baseball cap.

Why he might not be annoying:

He worked on Andy Reid's staff in various capacities, starting from a scouting administrative coordinator to the defensive coordinator position.
He established himself as a coaching prospect after taking over the Eagles defensive coordinator position following the passing of Jim Johnson.
He guided the Panthers defense amongst the top 10 during his tenure as defensive coordinator.
He guided the Bills to a playoff berth, which ended the longest active playoff drought in North American professional sports, and the team's first appearance in the 21st century (2017).
He was a drastic change from Rex Ryan, when he preferred to focus the media attention on the players, rather then himself and unlike Ryan, he was able to get the team into the playoffs in his first season.
