Recorded 'That's What Love Can Do' and 'Good Times with Bad Boys'
Why they might be annoying
Their album was produced by Stock Aitken Waterman, and thus sounded like bubblegum crap.
They were a manufactured pop group formed to be a female version of New Kids on the Block.
Their big hit 'That's What Love Can Do' topped the U.S. pop charts nearly three years after it was first released.
Johnna (the blonde) left the group for an unsuccessful solo career.
The dance remix of 'That's What Love Can Do' was called the 'Man Mad Mix.'
American Top 40 stated that the three-year-old song first become popular in Colorado's 'underground' dance scene, which was radio-safe code for 'gay' clubs.
Why they might not be annoying
Ruth Ann Roberts was a Junior Miss America.
Ruth is now known as Rue DeBona and co-hosts WWE's 'Afterburn.'
Their first song hit No. 1 and was a welcome break from the grunge sound at the time.
Their album gave lots of little girls and drag queens material to lip sync.
Josselyne is now a successful producer and agent.
