Why she might be annoying:

She looks like an anime character, with huge eyes and a tiny nose.
She talks so much that numerous people considered voting her out just to get rid of the noise.
She was shocked when people lied to her, even though she was the first person in her season to betray their alliance.
At final Tribal Council she demanded Chris and Twila apologize for lying to her, with no intention of doing the same for when she lied to them.
She was easily swayed by Ami, even though Ami disliked her just as much as everyone else.

Why she might not be annoying:

She was born on Christmas.
Considering how unpopular she was, she got surprisingly few votes throughout the game.
She made it to the final four even though no one liked her.
She knew when to change alliances to get as far as possible.
The women's plot to turn on her broke up that alliance, and saved the season from total predictability.
