Why he might be annoying:

He is a Will Smith look-a-like, including the ears.
He hates it when people call him 'Big Shot Bob.' He prefers 'Big Shot Rob' instead.
He had a reputation of being apathetic and soft.
When at Phoenix, he shouted obscenities and threw a towel at the coach's face. He was traded days later.
He did not start in most of his games.
Despite averaging single digits in points and rebounds in his career, some think he should be in the Basketball Hall of Fame.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was Alabama's high school player of the year.
He earned the name 'Big Shot Bob' due to his reputation of making key shots in playoff games.
On at least two occasions, he hit game-winning shots that saved eventual title winners from playoff elimination.
He held the record for most three-pointers made all-time in the NBA Finals.
He was the second player to win NBA titles on three different teams.
Whether from luck or his clutch shots, he owns six more NBA rings than Charles Barkley, Patrick Ewing and Reggie Miller combined.
