    She said the Minnesota Bridge collapse was the result of too much money being spent on biking trails.
    She has come under fire from conservatives for her immigration policies.
    She defied senate and the house of representative by ignoring a law that bans unsafe Mexican trucks on U.S. highways.

Why she might not be annoying:

    She decided not to run as governor since she figured her residence in Virginia would have served as a distraction to the campaign.
    She is only the second woman to hold her position.
    Prior to her job as Secretary of Transportation she had spent almost twenty years in the transportation industry.
    She loves to ride motorcycles.
