    Recorded the singles 'Music! Music! Music!' (1950), 'Til I Waltz with You Again' (1952), 'Ricochet (Rick-O-Shay)' (1953), 'Jilted' (1954), 'Let Me Go, Lover!' (1955), 'A Tear Fell' (1956), 'A Sweet Old Fashioned Girl' (1956) and 'You Send Me' (1957)
    She began performing on a local radio show at age two for cupcakes and cookies.
    She dropped out of high school two months before graduation.
    When she was offered an honorary diploma from the school, she replied, 'Keep it. Who cares?'
    Most of her 70s and 80s jazz albums were released on labels owned by her husband, Bob Thiele.
    She recorded a disco version of 'Music! Music! Music!' (1976)
    She broke the house record at the Sahara in Las Vegas.
    She recorded albums with jazz greats Count Basie, Duke Ellington and Earl 'Fatha' Hines.
    Grace Slick said, 'Teresa Brewer was ahead of her time. Had she started out today, she'd be the hottest thing going.'
