Why he might be annoying
He blames violent crime on video games.
He considers video games to be a counterproductive activity.
He often attacks gamers, game developers, and anyone else who challenges his opinions, usually with personal insults.
He often cites support from focus groups that insist that they do not support him.
He questioned Janet Reno's sexual orientation and said she suffered from mental disorders, then accused her of battery when she put her hand on his shoulder.
He threatened to sue Wikipedia for libel unless they deleted info about him on their site that made him look bad.
Why he might not be annoying
He was banned from practicing law in Alabama.
He (half-jokingly) publicized an idea for a video game which had game developers as villains and offer $10,000 to charity for the idea. A few game developers and modders created a number of games and game mods based on the idea. A gaming website, the Penny Arcade, donated money to charity in Jack's name based in response to the games.
