    He divorced his first wife.
    He appeared in every movie produced by David Lynch with the exception of 'The Elephant Man (1980).'
    He had to work with his ex-wife on several films after their divorce, as she was also a regular in David Lynch's films.
    He comes across as grandfatherly.
    He was really good friends with David Lynch.
    He was a stage performer before going into acting.
    His only starring role was 'Eraserhead (1977).'
    Two men got into a fight with Nance inside of a donut shop on December 29, 1996. Nace was punched in the head from one of the men and died the next day from the injury.
    The two men that killed him were never caught.
