He routinely punctuated his lead vocals with an ‘uh-oh' refrain.
He resembles a cleaner-cut cross between Howard Stern and Alice Cooper.
As with the other members of the Cars, his solo career didn't go too well.
In a 2005 interview, he expressed a dislike of touring. He also indicated he was not likely to reunite with his band.
The Boston Phoenix ranked him #50 among 'The 100 Unsexiest Men in the World.'
