Acted in 'The Thin Red Line,' 'Any Given Sunday,' 'Pay it Forward,' 'Frequency,' 'Angel Eyes,' 'High Crimes' and 'The Count of Monte Cristo'

Why he might be annoying:

Ironically, his initials are J.C.
He passed up going to Juilliard in favor of a supporting role in the 1994 flop 'Wyatt Earp.'
Because of this, he was stuck in minor roles early in his career.
He separated his shoulder, got struck by lightning, and had the cross fall on him during filming of 'Passion.'
He was accidentally struck with the whip during the filming of 'Passion.'
His strong religious convictions have caused some problems with his fellow actors in the past.
His role in 'Passion' is likely to typecast him.

His performance in 'Passion' was great according to most critics.
He's a devout Catholic.
He's perfectly cast as Jesus Christ due to his strong religious beliefs and striking physical similarity.
He attended mass daily while filming 'Passion.'
