Why he might be annoying
He was not well-liked as governor of California.
He failed his first bar exam.
He proposed launching satellites and space academies in space that would be funded only by California.
He ran for President in 1976 and 1980 because he didn't like Jimmy Carter.
He filmed a 30-minute campaign commercial in his 1980 Presidential bid.
His Presidential bid recieved support from Jane Fonda and Jesse Jackson.
Why he might not be annoying
He appointed the first minorities to the California Supreme Court.
As governor of California, he refused to live in the Governor's mansion or ride in a limo.
In his 1992 Presidential bid, he only accepted contributions from individuals.
He went from last place to being Bill Clinton's chief rival for the 1992 nomination.
