    She constantly injected her liberal politics into the shows she produced.
    Delta Burke accused her and her husband of 'emotional and sometimes physical abuse' on the 'Designing Women' set.
    For some reason, she and her husband thought a sitcom built around chef Emeril Lagasse would be a hit; instead it was cancelled after 11 episodes (2001).
    She was named one of America's Fifty Most Powerful Women by Ladies' Home Journal (1990).
    Chris Matthews called 'The Man From Hope' 'the best thing at the convention, much better than [Clinton's] speech.'
    She quipped about Harry, 'I don't deserve him. But neither does anyone else, so I might as well have him.'
