Why Juno Online Service might be annoying
Even if you pay for service, you still get ads.
They charge for Tech support.
It required a lot of personal information for free service.
The free service logs you off if you do not touch a key for 10 minutes.
It forces you to use Juno's Email client only.
CNet felt their ads were the most distracting of the low cost/free ISP's.
Why Juno Online Service might not be annoying
It originated as a free Email service.
It added a dial-up accelerator system called Juno SpeedBand (April 2003).
It offers a large amount of access dial-up numbers.
It tends to be reliable.
Its installation is quite easy.
It provides extra access numbers for paying customers.
