Appeared in the films 'The General' (1926), 'The Shakedown' (1929), 'The Wagon Master' (1929), 'Parade of the West' (1930) and 'Big Money' (1930)

Most of his performance in 'The General' ended up on the cutting room floor.
He was not able to make the transition to being an adult actor.
He became a furniture mover for Allied Van Lines.
After his wife died, he moved in with her sister.

He received his first screen kiss from Greta Garbo.
After graduating high school, he played minor league baseball.
He was a paratrooper during World War II.
At 96, he was the longest-lived 'Our Gang' member.
