Why she might be annoying
Although she saw and worried about cameras in the audience, she stripped nude.
She had regrets and told a Y103 radio interviewer: 'The next morning, I thought, 'Oh, Dear God! What did I do? I am so sorry that I did that.'
A tape of her wet t-shirt appearance is available on sale over the internet.
The publicity from this contest made her newsworthy (something a journalist is never suppose to be).
She said: 'I felt like I disappointed myself. I felt like I disappointed God. And should anything like this get out, I disappointed this entire community.'
She admits that she did not set a good example as a role model.
Her strip show came during a vacation, celebrating her one year wedding anniversary.
Why she might not be annoying
She anchored the news for ten years on WKBN.
She was diagnosed with a life-threatening lung illness in 2003.
She learned that she would recover from the illness so she and her husband took a vacation in Key West, Florida.
During the contest, she stripped completely nude with her husband in attendance and cheering her on.
She said of the tape: 'There is nothing obscene, nothing illegal, I hurt nobody. It was just play, and I think I handled it as play.'
She publicly apologized for her indiscretion.
She takes full responsibility for her actions.
