    Hollywood, a section of Los Angeles, is the birthplace of the modern movie industry, and was the leading producer of movies worldwide until Bombay, India, surpassed it.
    It is extremely ethnically diverse; you can find large numbers of White, African-American, Hispanic, Asian, Jewish, and Canadian people in L.A.
    It gives New York a run for its money.
