Why he might be annoying
Mike Holmgren left Green Bay Packers to become Seattle Seahawk head coach and general manager, but could have had that job in Green Bay because Ron Wolf retired two years later.
His retirement was surprising and unexpected.
He hired Ray Rhodes after Holmgren's departure and the team had a very unsuccessful 8-8 season.
Under his management, the team lost the Super Bowl in 1997 despite being heavily favored.
Why he might not be annoying
He turned the Green Bay Packers from a below average team to a great team.
Under his management, he was able to have several good and great quarterbacks come through Green Bay, such as Ty Detmer, Mark Brunell, Matt Hasselbeck, Aaron Brooks and even Kurt Warner (even though he didn't really make the team).
He was able to find great players in late rounds in the draft.
He traded a first round draft pick in 1991 for Brett Favre.
He is one of the most respected GMs in Football and is consider the best by many.
He stayed retired unlike many coaches and GMs.
