She got into acting because of a commercial her grandparents saw on TV.
She said: 'Well, I'd love to do a couple more films, I think that would be fantastic. I mean, before Peter Pan, I was just this regular school girl who lives in England.'

She likes listening to rap and hip-hop music, art, and ice-skating.

Despite the rumors, she and Jeremy Sumpter became close friends.
She loves dolphins and hopes to end her acting career to pursue becoming an Marine Biologist.
She said about her role in 'Peter Pan': 'I found I could identify with Wendy quite easily because she’s very similar to me. She’s very motherly, kind of a tomboy so I didn’t find it too hard getting into her shoes at all. Sometimes I felt like I was her, it was quite scary.'
