She placed three 911 calls to beef about the McNuggets. (THREE!)
‘This is an emergency, my McNuggets are an emergency!’
Although offered a McDouble and small order of fries as compensation, she was not interested in anything else.
She wasted the dispatchers’ time, probably endangering other lives in the process.

Her cellular was bombarded with profanity-loaded tirades about her behavior.
She quoted Sylvester Jr. about the incident: ‘I’m embarrassed to show my face in public.’
She just wanted a refund because the restaurant was out of McNuggets and the cashier told her she had to choose another item due to a ‘no-refund policy.’
The McDonald’s in question eventually worked to rectify the error by offering her her original order free of charge.
Right idea, wrong approach.
