General manager for the New York Knicks (1987-1991)
Why he might be annoying
His nickname was ‘Funzy.’
He had two losing seasons in the NBA as a head coach.
The NBA fined him $10,000 for tossing a clipboard at an official (December 10, 1982).
He was suspended for one game and received a $1,500 fine for getting into a fight (January 7, 1987).

He was named an All-American while attending Bowling Green State University.
He served in the Korean War.
He won the ABA Coach of the Year Award (1970-71).
He was the head coach of the inaugural SuperSonics team.
He was also the assistant coach of the inaugural Bulls team.
