Why he might be annoying:

He acts eccentrically.
He asks unusual questions as a panelist on 'Figure it Out,' such as, 'If I wore a wig and put on a dress, would you call me Susan?'
He has large ears.

Why he might not be annoying:

He has appeared on more Nickelodeon shows than any other person.
He was not only an original member of the cast on 'All That,' but he stayed on the longest, a record six seasons.
He has no problem making fun of himself.
He always asked to be slimed, rather than being squeamish like the other regulars.
Even as an adult, he is approached by kids who watched the show and he will do impressions of some of the characters he portrayed.
