Goaltender for the Chicago Blackhawks (2002-06), Florida Panthers (2006-09), Colorado Avalanche (2009-11), Ottawa Senators (2011-20), Washington Capitals (2020-21) and the Buffalo Sabres (2021-23)

Why he might be annoying:

He added an extra 's' to his surname after playing in a tournament in Sweden and reverted back to the proper spelling upon reaching the professional ranks.
He re-entered the NHL Entry Draft after he couldn't reach an agreement with the Flames.
He is balding, which makes him look older then he actually is.
His productivity as a starting goaltender is considered inconsistent by hockey pundits.
He cut his hand with a kitchen knife while making supper, which caused him to miss a substantial amount of games during the Sens chase for a playoff spot (2012).

Why he might not be annoying:

He was re-drafted by his hometown team upon re-entering the NHL Entry Draft.
He established himself as a starting goaltender upon signing with the Avalanche.
He guided the Avalanche to a playoff berth and a marginal improvement in the standings over the previous season.
He proved he wasn't a flash in the pan in Colorado and played well enough in Ottawa to receive a contract extension and the starting goaltending position upon being traded to the Sens.
