Why he might be annoying
He used to sport dreadlocks.
He had one of the silliest names in wrestling history.
Many feel that nepotism is what got him to where he is today, hence his father is the legendary Jerry 'The King' Lawler.
He won the USWA Heavyweight Championship a ridiculous 24 times, mainly because his father owned the company.
He isn't too good of a singles wrestler and is said to never shine unless he's in a tag team.
The tag team Too Cool was first called Too Much, and it was supposed to picture Lawler and his partner Scotty as homosexuals.
Too Cool used to enter the ring in tasteless outfits.
After Scotty had to undergo neck surgery, Lawler was put in a tag team with Steve Blackman. They never got the attention of the fans, even when trying their hardest.
He was fired from the WWE for possessing illegal drugs while traveling overseas (2001).
He made a short return to the WWE in 2004. He had a total of 3 matches (he lost them all), showed up to a house show late, and was fired for the 2nd time soon after.
Why he might not be annoying
His 2004 return to RAW confused many fans, as they thought he would be drafted to SmackDown! and reunite with Scotty to reform Too Cool.
Too Cool never failed to entertain the fans, and could really get a bored crowd going.
