Why he might be annoying
He has enormous ears.
Despite being considered an excellent power shortstop, he received little attention by award voters.
He was injured for the majority of the Braves pennant run, missing a chance to earn a World Series ring (1995).
He left the Braves following the 1997 season when they refused to give him a top dollar contract.
His productivity declined dramatically during his final two seasons with the Cubs.
Why he might not be annoying
He and Mark Lemke formed a reliable middle infield tandem during the Braves divisional dynasty.
He made the National League All-Star team on two occasions.
He once hit three home runs in one game (1992).
He was a fan favorite in Atlanta.
He posted career highs in home runs and RBI's (1997).
