Microsoft invested $1 billion in the company.
Their technicians sometimes fail to show up for scheduled appointments.
It has been accused of disabling home networks and then charging customers to enable them again.

Verizon Online DSL interfered with their service by installing underground fiber-optic cable.
It provides a variety of services.
In some parts of the country, they were the only cable provider.
