Why they might be annoying:

    They were heavily tattooed.
They drank, smoked, and did a lot of drugs, which was one of the excuses they used for not being able to do a full-set at a concert.
Axl Rose has a tattoo of the cover for 'Appetite For Destruction' on his arm, which features the skulls of the original members of Guns N' Roses. Little did he know that within the next 10 years, he would drive each and everyone of them out of the band.
'The Spaghetti Incident?' was absolute garbage.
    They cancelled many shows.
Steven Adler became a junkie and ended up going as far as providing oral sex to men to maintain his habit. He also sued the rest of the band in 1993 citing they were the reason he became an addict.
After James Hetfield got burned bad because of a pyro-technic accident in Montreal, Canada, they performed a few songs and walked off stage causing a riot.
They performed a Charles Manson song and Axl was constantly seen with a Charles Manson shirt.
Axl was thought to be a racist.

Why they might not be annoying:

They changed the face of rock and roll and music without even trying . . . or caring.
'Appetite For Destruction' is the highest selling debut album ever.
In 1991, they released two legendary rock and roll albums.
