    He failed to capitalize on his momentum from the previous season and was demoted the minors for the majority of the 2015 season.

    He, along with his brothers were introduced to baseball by their father.
    He was the first Cub in over 100 years to steal home in a playoff game./He moved to the United States from Puerto Rico as a child, as his family wanted better medical care for his sister, who suffered from spina bifida.
    He hit a game winning home run in his major league debut (2014).
    Despite throwing right handed, he is actually left handed.
    As a result of his key contributions to ending the Cubs 108 year World Series drought, the City of Chicago named a street in his honor.
