Why he might be annoying
He is injury prone.
As of 2009, he hadn't lived up to his potential.
He was drafted 6th overall, and many of the players picked behind him (Andrew Bynum, Danny Granger, Nate Robinson, David Lee and Monta Ellis) had better career stats.
He's only really good at shooting three pointers, and the Blazers have other guys who can do that and other things.
He signed on to play with the University of Washington, but then declared himself for the NBA draft.
He was assigned to the development league, becoming the highest drafted player to do so.
Why he might not be annoying
During a snowstorm in Portland, Webster got out of his car and helped a lady get her car unstuck while he was wearing a protective book around his injured ankle.
He's very mature for a player who went from High School to the pro's.

He was a McDonalds all-American.
He once scored 24 points in a single quarter.
